Bhubaneswar, Oct. 3: The Gandhi Peace Centre in Bhubaneswar was adorned with an aura of achievement and excellence as it hosted a prestigious prize distribution ceremony on Tuesday.

The event was graced by the Governor of Odisha, His Professor Ganeshi Lal, who presented awards to outstanding students from various fields.

The ceremony was a testament to the talent and dedication of the young minds at Aditya Birla Public School.

In the junior group essay competition, two bright students from Aditya Birla School were recognized for their exceptional writing skills:Srijon Chatterjee, of Class VII, and Parth Srivastava, of Class VI.

Their thought-provoking essays captivated the judges and showcased their literary prowess.

The sub-junior group also displayed remarkable talent in essay writing. Three students from Aditya Birla Public School were honored for their creative expressions. They are Sanvi Pradhan, of class IV, Samridhi Mishra, and Rishvi Gupta of class IV. Their essays displayed a depth of imagination and a keen understanding of their subjects. The senior category for essay competition witnessed impressive submissions, and two students stood out Simple Pattnaik, an aspirant from Class XI, and Kashika Agrawal, a Class X student. Their essays demonstrated maturity of thought and a mastery of language.

The artistic flair of students was celebrated through the painting competition. Four young artists from Aditya Birla Public School were recognized for their creative expressions: Saurav Mohanty from Class IV, Subham Chaudhury a budding painter from Class V and Ananya Anwesha, an artistic talent from Class VII and Aditya Das, another gifted artist from Class VII. Their paintings reflected their unique perspectives and artistic abilities, leaving the audience in awe.

The Governor of Odisha, Prof. Ganeshi Lal, applauded the students for their outstanding achievements and encouraged them to continue striving for excellence. He emphasized the importance of education, creativity, and artistic expression in shaping the future of the state.

Expressing his gratitude towards Dr. S Ganguli, Advisor Education, The Aditya Birla Group, Principal Mr. L N Dash commended the students’ remarkable achievements, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and continuous learning in their educational journey. He expressed his pride in their accomplishments and encouraged them to keep pushing the boundaries of their potential. He also thanked the parents, teachers and the entire team ABPS.
