Yuba Gramasobha Sansad Organizes Rally for District-Level Appointments in Malkangiri

Malkangiri Odisha ,18 March :In a bid to secure more job opportunities for local unemployed youths, the Yuba Gramasobha Sansad in Malkangiri staged a rally from the DNK Play ground to the Collector’s office demanding district level appointments . The rally saw a large number of participants, all of whom were passionate about securing more employment opportunities for themselves and their fellow residents.
The Yuba Gramasobha Sansad, a local youth organization, led by Rabindranath Madhi,Somesh Bagh,Deba Sodi,Rammurty Madkami, Raja Kartami, Rabindra Madkami, Sukant Madkami, Ajay Madkami and Irma Madhi made rally and submitted a memorandum to the Collector Malkangiri, urging him to take action to ensure that more jobs were created at the district level. The organization argued that district level appointments would be more beneficial for local residents as they would be more likely to be selected for these positions.
The rally was peaceful and well-organized, with participants holding banners with slogans like “District level jobs for local youths” and “We want employment opportunities in our own district”. The Yuba Gramasobha Sansad representatives also gave speeches, highlighting the importance of creating more job opportunities at the district level and the impact it could have on the local economy.
This demand comes as many local youths have been struggling to find suitable employment opportunities in the district and going out of state for jobs and feel that district level appointments would be more accessible and beneficial for them.
If the administration fails to take swift action, the unemployed youths have threatened to stage a sit-in dharna in front of the Collectorate from April 4th.
The rally has received significant attention from local outlets, and the demands of the group are being discussed in various forums. The Yuba Gramasobha Sansad has vowed to continue its efforts to ensure that the youth of Malkangiri are provided with adequate employment opportunities.
