88 Bn of BSF recovers arms and explosives from dump near Lariguda in Balimela reserve forest.

Malkangiri Odisha,23 March :In a significant breakthrough, the 88th Battalion of the Border Security Force (BSF) has recovered a cache of arms and explosives from a dump near Lariguda, located under Nakamamudi Gram Panchayat in the Balimela reserve forest,Malkangiri . The recovery of these weapons is expected to deal a severe blow to the nefarious activities of the left-wing extremists who have been operating in the area for some time now.
According to sources, the BSF personnel conducted a thorough search operation in the area and found a large quantity of arms and explosives hidden in the dump. The cache included Steel Tiffin IED-03,SBML Gun-02,,Barrel of SBML-01 ,No.36 HE grenade-11 , Detonators-28, Books and electrical items that were carefully concealed in the ground.
The recovery of these weapons is a significant success for the BSF, which has been working tirelessly to neutralize the threat posed by the extremists in the region.
