88 Bn of BSF recovers arms and explosives from dump near Lariguda in Balimela reserve forest.

Malkangiri Odisha,23 March :In a significant breakthrough, the 88th Battalion of the Border Security Force (BSF) has recovered a cache of arms and explosives from a dump near Lariguda, located under Nakamamudi Gram Panchayat in the Balimela reserve forest,Malkangiri . The recovery of these weapons is expected to deal a severe blow to the nefarious activities of the left-wing extremists who have been operating in the area for some time now.

According to sources, the BSF personnel conducted a thorough search operation in the area and found a large quantity of arms and explosives hidden in the dump. The cache included Steel Tiffin IED-03,SBML Gun-02,,Barrel of SBML-01 ,No.36 HE grenade-11 , Detonators-28,  Books and electrical items  that were carefully concealed in the ground.

The recovery of these weapons is a significant success for the BSF, which has been working tirelessly to neutralize the threat posed by the extremists in the region. The operation was carried out with precision and skill, demonstrating the BSF’s commitment to maintaining peace and security in the area.
