Malkangiri June 3,2023: In a significant effort to bring positive change to the lives of the residents of Daldali village, the first-ever Civic Action Programme was successfully conducted under the Mathili Police Station. Daldali, once a severely Maoist-affected village, has finally witnessed a glimmer of hope as local authorities, led by SDPO Sachin Patel, and DC M.K .Singh , initiated a transformative drive by Sri.Nitesh Wadwani ,S P Malkangiri.

The Civic Action Programme, held on June 2, saw the distribution of various essential items to the villagers. The program aimed to uplift the living conditions of the residents by addressing their basic needs. With the generous support of local authorities and government bodies, the event provided mobile phones, clothing, athletic items, school supplies, and blankets to the villagers.


Sri. Patel, SDPO Malkangiri , expressed his commitment to bring about a positive change in the lives of the villagers. He said, “Daldali village has suffered from the clutches of Maoist activities for far too long. Our aim is to provide the villagers with the necessary resources and support to rebuild their lives. Through this Civic Action Programme, we hope to bridge the gap between the government and the people, fostering a sense of trust and cooperation.”

The villagers of Daldali expressed their gratitude for the support extended by the authorities. They highlighted the impact of the program on their lives, noting the newfound hope it has brought. The distribution of mobile phones has improved connectivity, enabling better communication with the outside world. The provision of clothing, athletic items, and school supplies has uplifted the spirits of the children, enhancing their access to education and extracurricular activities. Additionally, the distribution of blankets has brought warmth and comfort during the colder months.

As the village embarks on a journey of transformation, the efforts of  Sri.Nitesh wadwani ,SP Malkangiri , have laid the foundation for progress and development. With continued support from the government and collaboration between stakeholders, Daldali village and its residents can look forward to a brighter and more prosperous future.
