Odisha CSR Excellence Award 2022 by Odisha CSR Forum

Bhubaneswar, Jan 7: Odisha CSR Excellence Award 2022 has been organized by ‘Odisha CSR Forum’ at the local Hotel Mayfair, Bhubaneswar. Like every year this year too, to honor the corporates for their excellent CSR work and ‘The Odisha Development Leadership Summit’.
Prashant Muduli, Chief Whip, Government of Odisha, Shrikant Sahu, Minister of State, Labour, State Government I/C, Insurance Employees, I/C, Prof. D Santosh kumar Tripathy FM University VC attended as the chief guest on this occasion. Speaking on this occassion Sri Prashant Muduli, MLA Jagatsinghpur asked all the corporate bodies to come forward for the betterment of the society and also requested them to extend their hand of cooperation for the betterment and development of the weaker sections.
The seminar featured two panel discussions on ‘CSR in India and its Future’ and ‘Managing CSR Projects Using Technology and Tools’. In this seminar, corporate. 130 representatives from prominent NGOs, educational institutions, civil society organizations, policy makers, environmentalists, administrators, judges, development sectors, economists and agriculture participated.
Odisha CSR Forum Convener B.K. Mishra said, “Corporates, NGOs, policy makers, CSOs, academic development institutions and media are a platform at the state level through which opportunities, hopes and issues can be created for the inclusive growth and balanced development of Odisha.”
In this seminar, 17 Directors/ED/CEO/COO/President/Unit Heads/Plant Heads of PSUs and Private sector who have done excellent work in their local area through CSR were felicitated.
Corporate CSR Excellence Award-2022 was presented to 20 individuals who have contributed significantly to the improvement of society through innovative and sustainable CSR initiatives.
Our efforts have resulted in new leadership and a sense of achievement among the corporates and recognition of the collective innovation efforts of Odisha and elsewhere which makes us proud.
