NSS unit of Maharshi Women’s College serves people in adopted slum

Bhubaneswar, Dec. 26: A seven-day service camp under National Service Scheme was organised by Maharsi Women’s College, Sailashree Vihar, at its adopted slum – Nilamadhab Basti.
All the lecturers and students jointly participated in the camp. The participating volunteers carried out awareness campaign on women education, cleanliness, road safety, stopping feticide and fighting Covid-19.
Dr Gitashree Mishra led the camp while Priyanka Sahoo and Sudhakar Barik assisted in making the camp a success.
