Utkal Hospital Celebrates 8th Foundation Day with Commitment to Excellence in Healthcare

Bhubaneswar: Utkal Hospital, one of Odisha’s leading super multi-speciality healthcare institutions, celebrated its 8th Foundation Day with enthusiasm and a renewed commitment to delivering compassionate and quality healthcare.
On the occasion, Chairman Dr. Aditya Kumar Samal, currently based in the United States, extended his heartfelt greetings to the hospital’s employees through a special message. Congratulating the staff on the milestone, he credited the hospital’s achievements over the past eight years to their dedication, compassion, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
“Our journey over the past eight years has been successful because of your dedication, spirit of service, compassion, and unwavering commitment to excellence,” Dr. Samal said. He thanked the employees for being the strong foundation of the hospital’s success and for making a positive difference in the lives of countless patients and their families. He also urged the team to continue working with integrity, innovation, and mutual cooperation to achieve greater milestones in the years ahead.
Managing Director Dr. Pragyan Ranjan Ghadei also conveyed his greetings to the employees, describing healthcare as a noble opportunity to serve humanity. He emphasized that every member of the hospital should strive to make medical care more humane and compassionate, calling it the institution’s sacred mission.

The celebrations began with special prayers offered by Dr. Ghadei and a priest before the stone idol of Lord Ganapati located on the sixth floor of the hospital. Senior officials, directors, doctors, and employees were felicitated in recognition of their dedicated service and contribution to the hospital’s growth over the past eight years. The event concluded with the distribution of sweets among staff members on the hospital premises.
